CS Yoga is a practice for personal development.

In my practice I combine various disciplines such as Body-centred Counselling, The healing dialogue, Somatics, Somatic Yoga Therapy and (iRest Yoga Nidra) Meditation. This creates a holistic approach specifically tailored to your needs.

Together, we explore the connection between the body, mind, emotions and thoughts in a supportive way. Tailoring each session to individual needs. For some, this may involve a focus on movement; for others, it might center around breath work, meditation, or reflective conversation.

It’s all about experiencing yourself from the inside out, in an environment that feels safe and authentic. There is no need to ‘fix’ or change anything; you are allowed to fully be yourself, with all your emotions, feelings and sensations that are present in your life right now.
